The next step in the process is actually using the pattern to cut the stretch layer of fabric. This stretch layer will not only be used to go under the “lace” sequin layer as a backing, but also as an additional layer of lining. This is the first step in creating the foundation of my Little Black Dress—it’s finally time to cut!
