Whoa! Hold on….not just any burger, but A turkey burger!!!! That’s right, my favorite burger recipe is a turkey burger! Hands down, this is the best burger I have ever had. It stands up to any beef burger, and it is moist with a punch of flavor.

Lots of black pepper and kosher salt, with sautéed herbs and spices make this one of the best burgers you will ever try. I make this burger when I am trying to “show off.” It beats any beef burger I’ve had, and people go nuts for it. This recipe is my most requested backyard burger recipe! We made this for our Fourth of July celebration! I hope you will try this burger recipe this summer. You won’t be disappointed.
