Sewing the Beads on the Front of the Dress!

I finally reached the point where I am sewing the glass fringe beading to the front of the dress–hindsight’s 20/20. I probably should have used a zipper foot so that I could get closer to the edge of the beads without running over them, but shockingly that didn’t even occur to me at the time. That might have made the whole process a little easier for me to get closer to the edge. This part of the process was the most time consuming and annoying part, but I got it done! I ended up using thicker needles (blue jean needles) to sew on the fabric, and I snapped quite a few, just because I would accidentally hit beads or sequins! Be safe when your sewing! Flying needles happen! Keep following along with me as I work on my Little Black Dress!
